Clients remain responsible for ensuring that products placed on the market comply with applicable laws and regulations, except to the extent that a specific legal responsibility has expressly been accepted by MEILK under a separate written agreement.

Where MEILK provides compliance support, our work is based on information and documentation supplied by the client and, where applicable, specialist third parties.

The client must promptly inform MEILK of relevant changes to products, formulations, manufacturers, packaging, labelling, claims or regulatory status.

Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, brands, product information and other materials supplied to MEILK.

Where MEILK creates original content for a client, ownership and permitted use of that content will be governed by the relevant proposal, service agreement or written arrangement.
